Dear everyone,

This is a just a little note to say thank you so much for visiting my page; for all your likes, comments, rebloggs and follows. I am truly humbled. If anyone has any questions about health, yoga or writing, do feel welcome to ask and I will do my best to answer. I am of course, no expert in these fields, but from years of experience with the subjects, I would have hoped that I’ve gained some knowledge to share.

  1. Beautiful blog! Thank you for sharing. Having never written anything other than an occasional entry into my personal journal before, I started writing my blog in October 2014 after loosing my gorgeous 20 years old son to Bipolar illness. I now write as therapy, learning and sharing information on Mental illness. I also read the Bhagwat Geeta to help me get through this. I invite you to read my blog Thanks again. xxx


  2. What a very stressful early life you led. It’s no wonder you succumbed to a mental illness like PTSD.
    I trust the yoga has been of great help in your recovery though I have heard that owning ( if you can ) a cat can help ( unless it’s an alarm clock cat of course).

    • Thank you for your comment. Yes, yoga or rather bhakti-yoga has helped me tremendously on the journey. I’m however, still not out the woods with my recovering health, but arduously working on it. Thanks again for visiting and may your year be propitious. Heartly regards πŸ™‚
