Thank you all

Dear everyone,

This is a just a little note to say thank you so much for visiting my page; for all your likes, comments, rebloggs and follows. I am truly humbled. If anyone has any questions about health, yoga or writing, do feel welcome to ask and I will do my best to answer. I am of course, no expert in these fields, but from years of experience with the subjects, I would have hoped that I’ve gained some knowledge to share.

The warmest of regards πŸ™‚

“Since the beginning of time, the soul has been crying piteously for love and affection.
Love is the most powerful force in the universe, and we all crave to taste it somehow or other.
We don’t want to experience it temporarily, but instead want to relish it forever. This, in fact, is our birthright. We can experience so much of life while our most central need, the need to love and be loved, remains unfulfilled. Love’s power is unimaginable.

The attraction of love is the most fundamental and formidable element found in every circumstance in the world. All else can be eliminated and forgotten if we come in touch with true love and affection.Β When one questions or challenges the principle of love, one has to accept defeat. Love is the most substantive principle.”

  1. Beautiful blog! Thank you for sharing. Having never written anything other than an occasional entry into my personal journal before, I started writing my blog in October 2014 after loosing my gorgeous 20 years old son to Bipolar illness. I now write as therapy, learning and sharing information on Mental illness. I also read the Bhagwat Geeta to help me get through this. I invite you to read my blog kidsaregifts.wordpress.com. Thanks again. xxx

  2. What a very stressful early life you led. It’s no wonder you succumbed to a mental illness like PTSD.
I trust the yoga has been of great help in your recovery though I have heard that owning ( if you can ) a cat can help ( unless it’s an alarm clock cat of course).
Continuing Good Wished with your health and your writing.

    • Thank you for your comment. Yes, yoga or rather bhakti-yoga has helped me tremendously on the journey. I’m however, still not out the woods with my recovering health, but arduously working on it. Thanks again for visiting and may your year be propitious. Heartly regards πŸ™‚

  3. I just wanted to say thank you for liking my comment about blog privacy. That was the first time I have ever commented on one of “The Daily Post” articles, and I thought probably no one would even read it. You brought a smile to my face today, thanks. Have a great day!
