Responding to messages

Greetings everyone, 🙂

Hoping all is well as can be. I wish to say that I endeavour to reply to everyone’s messages in a courteous manner. If for some reason you had sent me a comment and I did not respond, it just means I didn’t receive it. Sometimes, the messages don’t come through my notifications as they should and at other times, I am finding a few in my spam folder.

Thanking you all.

  1. Thanks for liking my blog. I read several of your posts, but I can’t seem to find what health issue you are dealing with. Can you point me in the right direction on your site? Or are you not sharing that with your readers? I’m having trouble with a serotonin deficiency and wondered if you have any suggestions. I’ve tried 5HTP but I have terrible side effects from it. Your blog is wonderful.

    • You’re welcome 🙂 As for my health issue, I finally found out that it is a heavy metal toxaemia that is affecting the nerves in my head. So, I’m doing a heavy metal detox at the moment. Of course there are other health issues, but that’s the major one. 5HTP works for some, but not for everyone. The herb rhodiola rosea is said to significantly increase serotonin. You may do some research on it and be conscious of B vitamins which you can get in the form of Engevita nutritional deactivated yeast or if you can get them in other whole food forms. Lack of sufficient B Vitamins, especially B6, can cause serotonin depletion. If you can, eat plenty of ripened bananas (see my post on it in view of sleep) and do a little daily walking which activates serotonin from the gut. Hope this helps and feel invited to ask any further questions 🙂

  2. Thank you. I’ll look for rhodiola rosea and research it. I do take Vit. B6.

We have found that detoxing for two years with Alpha Lipoic acid helps to get rid of the heavy metal.

Thanks for connecting and best wishes for your health.

    • Thank you; I am taking stablized R-Liopic acid supreme also, but included some other things because of other complex health issues. I hope you too, get on top of your health 🙂 Heartly regards.
