This is a topic I have been meaning to write up on for a while now and having witnessed, heard about attempted or contemplated suicides, it propelled me to send this out, if even one person will take something from it. Though it’s a subject almost everyone on the planet is aware of or affected by, many are still unable to fathom the nature of it, unless such a person has suffered from it or are suffering from it. Many will not talk about it or talk about it openly, for fear they will be rejected or be labelled, or maybe because they simply are unable to articulate what they’re feeling inside. The very term carries an almost ineffable quality to it, why some people may be justified in keeping it to themselves, as there are still others who will indeed, shy away from those who are affected or afflicted by this incapacitating illness.
One of the worst pains during this immobilizing condition, is isolation. People feel nobody understands how they are suffering. Often times, when others try to reach out in the nicest possible way, the suffer is so caught up in the pain that they can’t digest any outside influence. They may even think people are being superficial. Of course, there is that possibility, but on the other hand, there are sufferers who genuinely reach out to other sufferers. But if we throw the baby out with the bath water, then we will not see the forest for tress. While there is still a stigma to the term ‘mental illness’ anyone with a gossamer of intelligence, will also know that anything like a headache or migraine can also be called ‘mental illness’ as it affects the mind-brain terrain. Metal illness doesn’t always mean that a person has gone ‘out to lunch.’
‘What right does she have to speak on this topic?’ someone might ask. Well, I have witnessed, helplessly, my cousin suffering until she took her own life. As well, I too, have been diagnosed (among few other things) with Somatoform disorder, which awards me with 24hrs a day, pain in my cranium. Imagine you have migraine that never goes away and times that migraine by 100. Still, this is the diagnosis from the conventional perspective.
I went the ‘alternative’ route, though a term which doesn’t deserve the unworthiness it’s shown in the socio-economic equation. Many people are vehemently against it, because they think it a load of hogwash and has no scientific basis in society. Yet, what is referred to as alternative nowadays, is that which was the original way of healing. Big Pharma dictates the status quo and so the alternative way of healing has been resigned to where it is now. Lie has assumed the shape of truth and unreality is likewise parading in the garb of reality. Anyway, my Naturopath ran several biological tests and one of them showed up elevated levels of heavy metal toxicity in my body. Lead, mercury, arsenic and one other toxin, all of which (as anyone who is aware of them), knows they cause problems in the brain, affects the cells and nervous system. Thank goodness for her, I’m now on a rigorous protocol to detoxify and balance the imbalances.
I will never discourage anyone from taking conventional allopathic medication for mental illness, as it depends the nature of it. Even at my worst, I didn’t take any, as what I was prescribed would only do more harm than an iota of good. While they are not completely useless, they are nonetheless, useless almost completely, to treat the root cause of many illnesses of the brain. I say the brain, rather than the mind, as what is the mind without a brain.
I was once in a consultation with an ENT specialist who looked in his medical journal and pointed to me that the ‘so-called’ medications my regular doctor had prescribed, blocks serotonin (the feel good factor) in the brain. I have come to realise and understand that any of the following can contribute to mental ill health or general ill health: sleep deprivation, irregular eating habits, bad food combinations, deficiency in certain vitamins and minerals, malefic pathogens, traumas, low oxygen, heavy metal toxicity or general toxicity, etc. a large part of which chemtrails are playing a role. Someone said to me a few years ago ‘chemtrails is a conspiracy theory,’ and I replied ‘a conspiracy, it is; but a theory, it’s not, when such a phenomena is unfolding right in front of your eyes.’ You may view my post called ‘relevantly on chemtrails.’
I read this from a website trying to raise awareness of chemtrails… “the greatest environmental catastrophe that our species has ever seen is unfolding right in front of us and barely a whimper of resistance is forming from libertarians and truth seekers.” One of the things we can do is build up our body’s resistance, because sometimes our sphere of concern doesn’t match our sphere of influence.
For those with anxiety/depression disorder, you may want to read this life saving book called Self Help For Your Nerves by the late Dr Claire Weekes. She was an Australian author and one of those good old-fashioned doctors, that are almost non-existent anymore. If you’ve been victim of any of those godawful counselling sessions, in which you sit in a wrist-slitting hour of the so-called therapist putting words in your mouth, tacitly judging you or projecting their own stuff on you, this book will be your saving grace.
I was once in a herbal shop getting something and the cashier and I got into a conversation. She told me the supplement 5HTP which is naturally derived from a plant and the herb Rhodiola rosea saved her life, when she had anxiety and depression. Need I say more…
If you find you can’t sleep and want some quick fix without the host of side effects, sleeping tablets awards you, then Dr Pierpaoli’s original formula MZS melatonin might be something to consider. Herbal alternative that worked for me are ‘Bedtime’ capsules and Nve-Restor drops from http://www.shs100.com. Sleep is vital for recovery, as even though we make take an alphabet of supplements or medications, they will have very little effect without sleep. As we know ‘man shall not live by bread, alone,’ therefore, good vibrations are also important; being around uplifting, helpful and kind energies.
You may or may not heard of the miracle enzyme called Serrapeptase, used to treat a litany of health conditions, without side effects. Do some research on it and read the Mike Tawse story about it here: http://www.thehealthcaresurvivor.com/serrapeptaseadventure/
View Robert Redfern’s protocol here on depression. He is someone I’ve spoken to, few times in Spain and I take several of his supplements, as I find them to be some of the best on the market. Branches of this health store are located in UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Speak to their free advice coach team for tailor-made guidance.
If I have left out something, I will update later, but for now… some thoughts for food…
Wishing you good good health and well-being.
