Ringing in the ears or tinnitus sufferer? Here is relief

We’ve have been told endlessly, ‘there is no cure for tinnitus’ (ringing in the ears). I will let this audio speak for itself: This link wasn’t just something I got off the internet.

http://officialquietmindplus.com/video/?subid=cakeaff_994&click_id=509-82130658&aff_id=6&suid=3Eoio3SCumgEDmOuJta6xVmgkk2

It’s a bit long, but it’s worth every listening. The company is legitimate, as I’ve ordered from them before. Depending on where you are in the world, your post can take many days to reach or many weeks, so just be patient. Also, you will not see an address or phone number until you make the purchase, as it’s their way of protecting themselves. You will get a tracking number when you order.

If you are anything like me and distressed with ringing in the ears (tinnitus), this link above will be for you or for anyone you know. I’ve received mine and can’t wait to experience the results like tens of thousands are getting relief from tinnitus. From only two days of taking the remedy, and I’m already noticing a reduction in ringing and mine is like a swarm of bees in the head. Onwards and upwards! I live in hope 🙂

Will update when the ringing is completely gone.

Best of luck 🙂

A Unique detox system hidden within this video

Last time I posted, someone was asking how to detox heavy metals and other toxins from the body. My apologies for the late response, but do watch this unique video on chemtrails and within it, the doctor will reveal a unique medical device and detox system, readily available anywhere, even in your local chemist/pharmacy or drug store. The video is in German but with English subtitles….I am taking the product and finding it amazing and effective in detoxing heavy metals and other environmental toxins we are inundated with. It has a bland taste and no side effects or interfere with other medications, so nothing to fear. 100% natural too and children can take it also.

Wishing you good health and well-being.

Few Thoughts And Tips On Mental Illness

This is a topic I have been meaning to write up on for a while now and having witnessed, heard about attempted or contemplated suicides, it propelled me to send this out, if even one person will take something from it. Though it’s a subject almost everyone on the planet is aware of or affected by, many are still unable to fathom the nature of it, unless such a person has suffered from it or are suffering from it. Many will not talk about it or talk about it openly, for fear they will be rejected or be labelled, or maybe because they simply are unable to articulate what they’re feeling inside. The very term carries an almost ineffable quality to it, why some people may be justified in keeping it to themselves, as there are still others who will indeed, shy away from those who are affected or afflicted by this incapacitating illness.

One of the worst pains during this immobilizing condition, is isolation. People feel nobody understands how they are suffering. Often times, when others try to reach out in the nicest possible way, the suffer is so caught up in the pain that they can’t digest any outside influence. They may even think people are being superficial. Of course, there is that possibility, but on the other hand, there are sufferers who genuinely reach out to other sufferers. But if we throw the baby out with the bath water, then we will not see the forest for tress. While there is still a stigma to the term ‘mental illness’ anyone with a gossamer of intelligence, will also know that anything like a headache or migraine can also be called ‘mental illness’ as it affects the mind-brain terrain. Metal illness doesn’t always mean that a person has gone ‘out to lunch.’

‘What right does she have to speak on this topic?’ someone might ask. Well, I have witnessed, helplessly, my cousin suffering until she took her own life. As well, I too, have been diagnosed (among few other things) with Somatoform disorder, which awards me with 24hrs a day, pain in my cranium. Imagine you have migraine that never goes away and times that migraine by 100. Still, this is the diagnosis from the conventional perspective.

I went the ‘alternative’ route, though a term which doesn’t deserve the unworthiness it’s shown in the socio-economic equation. Many people are vehemently against it, because they think it a load of hogwash and has no scientific basis in society. Yet, what is referred to as alternative nowadays, is that which was the original way of healing. Big Pharma dictates the status quo and so the alternative way of healing has been resigned to where it is now. Lie has assumed the shape of truth and unreality is likewise parading in the garb of reality. Anyway, my Naturopath ran several biological tests and one of them showed up elevated levels of heavy metal toxicity in my body. Lead, mercury, arsenic and one other toxin, all of which (as anyone who is aware of them), knows they cause problems in the brain, affects the cells and nervous system. Thank goodness for her, I’m now on a rigorous protocol to detoxify and balance the imbalances.

I will never discourage anyone from taking conventional allopathic medication for mental illness, as it depends the nature of it. Even at my worst, I didn’t take any, as what I was prescribed would only do more harm than an iota of good. While they are not completely useless, they are nonetheless, useless almost completely, to treat the root cause of many illnesses of the brain. I say the brain, rather than the mind, as what is the mind without a brain.

I was once in a consultation with an ENT specialist who looked in his medical journal and pointed to me that the ‘so-called’ medications my regular doctor had prescribed, blocks serotonin (the feel good factor) in the brain. I have come to realise and understand that any of the following can contribute to mental ill health or general ill health: sleep deprivation, irregular eating habits, bad food combinations, deficiency in certain vitamins and minerals, malefic pathogens, traumas, low oxygen, heavy metal toxicity or general toxicity, etc. a large part of which chemtrails are playing a role. Someone said to me a few years ago ‘chemtrails is a conspiracy theory,’ and I replied ‘a conspiracy, it is; but a theory, it’s not, when such a phenomena is unfolding right in front of your eyes.’ You may view my post called ‘relevantly on chemtrails.’

I read this from a website trying to raise awareness of chemtrails… “the greatest environmental catastrophe that our species has ever seen is unfolding right in front of us and barely a whimper of resistance is forming from libertarians and truth seekers.” One of the things we can do is build up our body’s resistance, because sometimes our sphere of concern doesn’t match our sphere of influence.

SOME TIPS

For those with anxiety/depression disorder, you may want to read this life saving book called Self Help For Your Nerves by the late Dr Claire Weekes. She was an Australian author and one of those good old-fashioned doctors, that are almost non-existent anymore. If you’ve been victim of any of those godawful counselling sessions, in which you sit in a wrist-slitting hour of the so-called therapist putting words in your mouth, tacitly judging you or projecting their own stuff on you, this book will be your saving grace.

I was once in a herbal shop getting something and the cashier and I got into a conversation. She told me the supplement 5HTP which is naturally derived from a plant and the herb Rhodiola rosea saved her life, when she had anxiety and depression. Need I say more…

If you find you can’t sleep and want some quick fix without the host of side effects, sleeping tablets awards you, then Dr Pierpaoli’s original formula MZS melatonin might be something to consider. Herbal alternative that worked for me are ‘Bedtime’ capsules and Nve-Restor drops from http://www.shs100.com. Sleep is vital for recovery, as even though we make take an alphabet of supplements or medications, they will have very little effect without sleep. As we know ‘man shall not live by bread, alone,’ therefore, good vibrations are also important; being around uplifting, helpful and kind energies.

You may or may not heard of the miracle enzyme called Serrapeptase, used to treat a litany of health conditions, without side effects. Do some research on it and read the Mike Tawse story about it here: http://www.thehealthcaresurvivor.com/serrapeptaseadventure/

View Robert Redfern’s protocol here on depression. He is someone I’ve spoken to, few times in Spain and I take several of his supplements, as I find them to be some of the best on the market. Branches of this health store are located in UK, USA, Canada and Australia. Speak to their free advice coach team for tailor-made guidance.

If I have left out something, I will update later, but for now… some thoughts for food…

Wishing you good good health and well-being.

To Whom It May Concern

To whom it may concern,

Recently, I was trying to raise some funds to do an important medical treatment, called MRguided focus ultrasound(MRgFUS), for uterine fibroids. I terminated my fundraising link, because of some medical information I received from a hospital that does it, which I thought to share. It might be helpful for others and as such, you may share. The more we educate ourselves, the better equipped we are.

I would have posted the entire manual I received today from the St. Mary’s Hospital, but it was a bit lengthy. So, I will just highlight few key points from it, if anyone is thinking to ever do that treatment:
I would think thrice, before doing it. I was told that the treatment would be between £5-7000 from the St. Mary’s hospital. If anyone uses gofundme, you should know that if you raise £100 you will only get about £80 or less, as the managers of the site takes a percentage of the recipients funds. It’s only natural, as people are using their platform to raise funds.

These are the key points from the manual I got today:
1.”MRgFUS can only treat your medical condition as it
presents to us at the time you are treated. Because the womb is
still intact, the environment that allows fibroids to grow is still
intact, so it is possible that new fibroids will grow in the future or
any fibroids not treated during your MRgFUS session will grow. It
may be possible for treated fibroids to grow back. Treatment is
designed to give relief to the distressing symptoms of this
condition without surgery and cannot eliminate your chances of
ever growing fibroids again. This is true for all uterine fibroid
treatments except hysterectomy.”

2.”It is important to know that MRgFUS will not remove the fibroid(s)
from your body. The treatment is designed to treat the symptoms
of fibroids and improve your quality of life by reducing the activity
of problematic fibroids. The treatment is particularly successful
with painful and prolonged heavy menstrual bleeding, pressure
symptoms and urinary and bladder symptoms. Once the fibroid is
dead, it will remain in place, with a likely maximum shrinkage of not
more than 50%. Commonly, shrinkage is in the region of 10-30%.
Shrinkage will not be visible immediately post-treatment with
maximal shrinkage at six months after the procedure. After MRgFUS, fibroid tissue does not leave the body via the vagina as in
uterine artery embolisation, and this is why women do not
experience the painful discharge associated with embolisation after
treatment. There are no known effects of the treated fibroid
remaining in the body as uterine fibroids are known to be benign.”

3. “MRgFUS is designed to treat the symptoms of fibroids causing
fibroid cell death, without removing it from the body. It is therefore
not suitable for women wishing to have the fibroid completely removed from the body. Although shrinkage will occur, this may be minimal in some cases. MRgFUS cannot treat cysts, endometriosis or adenomyosis.”

In the light of this info as well as what I had received recently, there was no point in me trying to raised funds to do a treatment, that would not treat the root of the matter. I was of the impression that it was the ultimate cure for fibroids, but it apparently, is not the case. So I thought, why waste money like this or why would anyone fork out so much money to do a treatment that doesn’t really do anything for them in the long run.

There are other alternative treatments that can help eliminate smaller fibroids, manage the symptoms associated, reduce their size, help prevent them from growing bigger or stop new ones growing and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, as the above, so-called quick-fix treatment.

Wishing you all, well.

Important Update

Namaste everyone,

Recently, I was doing some fund raising for an important medical treatment, for which I had made a post about it. Some of you have kindly shared it on your facebook profiles and I remain grateful for your merciful and empathetic gesture. I write now to say, you may now delete my link, as I have terminated that profile on account of some medical advice I received from the surgeon at the clinic I was hoping to do the treatment at.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Had I received the information earlier from the surgeon, (which I practically had to drag out of him) I would not have started fundraising. Apparently, he is unable to anyway treat me. Bit of a let down, but such is life sometimes. I will try to seek alternative route. Incidentally, I have offered the two souls who had generously donated a total of £70, back their money. One, I have already given back and the other, I am awaiting their instructions. It’s the ethical thing for me to do and thoroughly incumbent on me.

I wish you all a blessed journey in your life’s aspirations.

Many kind regards

Wellbeing Network

Namaste all,

I’m not one to write many posts, as I am and have been dealing with some health challenges, in between trying to get my writing career on the move. My blog page, as you know surrounds health, yoga and writing. This time, I felt inspired to compile a little something on health, as when I blog, I often find people expressing concerns about their physical, mental, emotional or spiritual health. I had featured some few tips in that regard, but here I share something from a more deeper perspective.

Recently, I came across an interesting TV channel called Wellbeing Network, on which different people tell of their stories of how they overcame their health challenges, when they were at death’s door or given a death sentence from their prognosis. These are cases where people with chronic, debilitating, harrowing, life-threatening illness triumphed over their health and prove their prognosis wrong. Anything from being told they will not walk again or they have few weeks to live because of something like cancer.

What did they do? They turned to alternative treatments and therapies, when they found that conventional ones have failed them. The Wellbeing Network channel provides everything you need to regain your health, maintain it or give tools to help prevent diseases. You can access it via Sky TV #252 in the UK, featuring real life cases or online for those abroad. It was launched in January 2016 and focuses completely on health and wellness. It curates some of the best documentaries around the world I have ever seen. The ones I found inspiring are ‘Incurables’ and ‘Yogi Cameron.’

You will learn about all manner of illnesses and how people adopt different protocols to help them regain their health. We are often made to feel we have no way out or that we have to accept a prognosis and cry our way to the grave. On the TV channel you will gain insight into how people took their health into their own hands and find alternative means to recover, often back to better health than when they fell ill. It meant they had to make drastic changes to their lifestyle and diet, because you see, we can’t live the wrong way or eat the wrong things and keep hoping for a better result each time.

There is hope yet, even for cases where even I as an ardent believer in alternative health, would think that there is no cure for illnesses like MS or IBM or people at deaths door with multiple cancer tumours. The message from those documentaries, is not to give up, even when it seems there is no light at the end of a dark and painful tunnel. You will be surprised at how something as simple as changing your diet, can dissipate terminal illness, like 4th stage cancer. View the videos on this link on how you can reverse all types of cancers:

https://thetruthaboutcancer.com/category/videos/

Yogi Cameron (who you can also find on facebook or his website) deals with general overall health conditions, while The Incurables (hosted by Don Wildman) deals with more severe and life threatening illness. You can find the episodes on Youtube. Both offer invaluable tools and tips on health and you will come across highly skilled specialists and learn of the science behind health. How you can incorporate both conventional and alternative therapies or simply just focus on an alternative one, if conventional doesn’t help. I was inspired and given hope and I hope it will do the same for you.

Wishing you good health and wellbeing.
